HOPE on the Slopes supports the American Cancer Society (ACS) by providing educational and awareness programs designed to increase funding for cancer related services managed by ACS.  Funds raised support the ACS mission to eliminate cancer. For over 100 years, the American Cancer Society (ACS) has worked relentlessly to save lives and create a world with less cancer. HOTS joins millions of other supporters worldwide to help ACS achieve their mission to help people stay well and get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer.

HOPE on the Slopes, Ski & Ride for a Cure’s mission is to provide education and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s programs through activity based fundraising events.

Programs

HOTS provides avid skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers, and hikers an opportunity to make their day of skiing, riding or hiking more meaningful by raising money for the American Cancer Society.  HOTS programs are designed to increase awareness for the mission, provide public education, and support the vision of a world without the devastating effects of cancer.

HOTS events include

RIDE THE SNOW – a one or two-day educational and fundraising celebration held at designated mountain resorts for family and friends

RIDE THE NET – a winter season-long virtual online vertical tracking and educational fundraising program for boarders and skiers.

RIDE THE DIRT – a summer season-long virtual online vertical tracking and educational fundraising program for mountain bikers.

CLIMB TO CRUSH – a one day summer celebration and educational fundraising program held at designated mountain resorts for hikers.
