Dr. Sarah Hager, PT, DPT

Sarah completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Washington receiving her B.S in Public Health, Minor in Global Health, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Sarah grew up in Southwestern Washington where she played competitive soccer, track, and frequented Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge participating in the outdoor activities those areas have to offer. This is where her interest in sports related injuries began.

Her love for orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine rehabilitation continued to grow during her years spent as a student athletic trainer for UW Athletics and as a UW IMA fitness instructor during her undergraduate studies.

She is passionate about creating individualized treatment programs to help her patients reach their personal goals and return to activity or sports. Sarah utilizes a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise, and patient education to help each individual overcome their movement dysfunction.

She is dedicated to community services and outreach, and strives to integrate her love for helping others, both within and outside of her practice. Sarah continues to enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer in her free time, including snowboarding, surfing, water sports and running.

“Love this place and these ladies! I was a patient of Kelcy and Shana’s back when they worked in Ballard, and they helped me tremendously with my low back issues. Since then I’ve screwed up my knee (and it turns out my hip) and they are putting me back on the road to recovery. I will be running again soon!”
