Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth Appointment Insurance Coverage:

Regence, Premera, Uniform, Lifewise, Regence MedAdvantage, and Kaiser insurance plans will cover Telehealth appointments just as if you were in the clinic. Regular co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles apply. Motor Vehicle Accident (PIP) insurances are also allowing Telehealth appointments. Cash-pay rates are available for patients without Telehealth coverage.

What to Expect with your Telehealth Appointment:

Prior to your appointment, your Physical Therapist will send you an invitation to an online meeting. Once you connect with your PT online, you will have a 45 minute session where you may learn about and perform individualized exercises specific to your issues, have an ergonomic assessment, or get education on proper posture and alignment.

What Our Telehealth Patients Are Saying:

“I just finished my first virtual PT appointment and I’m writing this email because I am so satisfied with the experience. I was skeptical when I agreed to the appointment with Shana. I almost cancelled it because I doubted it would accomplish anything. I was wrong! Shana easily spotted what I was doing wrong with my home exercises and we corrected them on the spot. I would encourage anyone who was going to physical therapy to book a virtual appointment. Thank you to Mobilize Physical Therapy for organizing a way for us to continue PT during this challenging time.”

“I just had my first telemedicine PT appointment with Shana; it was great, surpassing all expectations. The video interface was very easy to set up and use on my laptop, and Shana was able to give me effective feedback on all of the exercises I’ve been working on. In this stressful time, with so much of life on hold, it is a huge relief to be able to continue progress in physical therapy. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.”
