Em Nakasone, PT, DPT

Em grew up on the island of O’ahu and graduated from the University of Hawai’i with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science before earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington.

She combines evidence-based techniques with hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to address the factors contributing to pain and movement limitations and help patients get back to doing what they love.

She believes successful rehabilitation is a partnership and works closely with each patient to build confidence, achieve meaningful results, and feel empowered throughout the recovery process.

Outside the clinic, Em enjoys lifting weights, playing tennis, and indoor climbing. She values staying active and spending quality time with friends and family.

She’s excited to bring her A-game to support her patients and the community!
