Sophie is currently studying biology at the University of Washington with a strong interest in the field of physical therapy. She is thrilled to be on the team at Mobilize PT and looks forward to gaining experience and deepening her understanding of the profession. Outside of work, Sophie loves hiking, reading, trying out new recipes, and exploring Seattle. One of her favorite spots so far is the Fremont Sunday Market!

I came in with a shoulder injury, and they taught me skills and exercises to correct the bad habits I’d practiced all my life to fix not only the immediate problem but taught me how to notice my body and prevent future injury. I learned so much, and while I hope to never have to go back, if I ever need PT again I know where to go.”
