Dr. Payal Antala, PT, DPT

Payal is a New Jersey native who has practiced in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania before recently moving to Seattle. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2015 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Payal is passionate about an individualized approach for physical therapy and empowering people to be active participants in their recovery. With her diverse skill set, including manual therapy techniques, Payal enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, especially sports injuries. She has experience with outpatient pediatric and neurological conditions, though her primary focus has been orthopedics for the past seven years.

Payal is certified in blood flow restriction therapy and is also a certified clinical instructor to students across the nation. Payal’s treatment philosophy focuses on a targeted plan for each patient and emphasis on education in order to help individuals return to their desired lifestyle.

New to the PNW, Payal is excited to explore all the hiking trails and food Seattle has to offer. Payal also has a passion for traveling, having visited a dozen countries so far. She’s a sucker for dogs so feel free to show her pictures of yours!
