Jane Hosman, PT, DPT

Jane believes that building a good relationship with each patient will allow for better communication when providing an individualized approach that best fits each patient’s needs.

Jane’s treatment philosophy is to look at the patient as a whole and work using different manual techniques such as ASTYM and patient education. She is committed and dedicated to her clients and works to build a unique treatment plan, tailored to each individual. She enjoys getting to help each patient to reach their optimal outcome and get back to what they love to do.

Jane grew up in Oklahoma where she enjoyed being active and learned to love the outdoors. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2011 as well as her from her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2014. Since moving to Seattle in 2014, she enjoys everything the PNW has to offer. She loves to spend her time outdoors especially running, cycling, skiing, and camping. She also has a passion for ceramics, cooking, traveling, and of course spending time with those closest to her.

“All around incredible experience. Knowledgeable caring and comfortable staff. I came in with a shoulder injury, and they taught me skills and exercises to correct the bad habits I’d practiced all my life to fix not only the immediate problem but taught me how to notice my body and prevent future injury. I learned so much, and while I hope to never have to go back,  if I ever need PT again I know where to go.”
